Our returns policy
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Items can be returned within the period set out below, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (edit to match your policy).
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Please contact us before returning so we can guide you through the process.
Exchanges
Need a different product? Get in touch and we’ll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
